Leadership coaching and mentoring is needed
today more than ever as a critical tool to assist leaders
in making effective organizational change. Change is
essential for leaders and organizations to grow and
adapt to today's rapidly shifting marketplace, but people
and organizations are naturally resistant to change.
The Roseth Group's Leadership Mastery
Coaching Program will facilitate productive change in
leaders and their teams, by enabling them to uncover
potential that might otherwise go untapped. Working
together, you and your coach will design a one-on-one
coaching relationship defining your desired outcomes
and preferences. Your coaching sessions may be conducted
over the phone or in person depending on your needs
and you and your coach will define the ways in which
you measure your success.
