The Total Performance Training Series is an offering of interactive learning events followed by continued individual and team coaching. Our training facilitators and business coaches are experienced professionals with proven track records.

  • Consultative $elling

    Consultative sales professionals will learn to
    qualify the customer need and provide the appropriate solution,
    by building and sustaining customer relationships.
    The Roseth Group has surveyed over 500 organizations
    and found that, although sales professionals are
    aware of many of the techniques we teach in this
    module, only 10% actually use them consistently. This
    time they will “stick” because Consultative $elling
    is over 80% interactive - packed with real world
    role-playing exercises and discussion.
  • Inter-Personal Skills Development

    This is a highly effective session designed to
    experientially teach and develop essential inter-personal
    skills. It starts with the individual - your employees will
    learn more about themselves and their impact on others
    in order to more effectively manage relationships. Using
    a method of asking questions, analyzing and recognizing
    the unique needs of customers and co-workers, they
    will understand them better and will work productively
    rather than in conflict.

  • Self Directed Teambuilding

    The synergistic team creates a combined action greater in
    total effect than the sum of individual efforts. It is
    documented that when an organization has a team
    approach to planning and problem solving, there is a
    vast improvement in productivity. This session will
    use guided participation, simulation exercises and
    your company’s “real life” issues to identify problems,
    create teams and define a clear decision making process.

  • Teambuilding Through Leadership Coaching

    We use your team goals, objectives and mission philosophy as a foundation for this hands-on approach to teambuilding. Through guided participation and a series of exercises, your management team will perfect their situational leadership skills by learning a high degree of flexibility in the use of leadership behaviors and an increased awareness of managing with a team concept.

  • Strategic Planning

    Now that your team is functioning as a team, the
    instructor deals with your company’s actual issues during
    this session. Its purpose is to identify key challenges,
    prioritize them, identify solutions through teamwork
    and define the projects and task assignments necessary
    to implement solutions. Your team will have a clear
    understanding of the actions required: the stage is now
    set to implement accountability measurements and
    offer recognition for performance.
