Judy Roseth-Burrell, CEO
As a trusted advisor, coach and consultant to CEO’s and senior executives since 1991, Judy Roseth-Burrell gives her clients the edge they need to take their companies and professional careers to the next level. Her unique approach to organizational design and executive success is the result of over 25 years of senior-level computer industry experience and an extensive background in sales management, M&A integration and international operations. Beginning in 1981 with Apple Computer, Judy’s experience spans manufacturers and distributors to international direct marketers and retail. As a senior executive with Ingram Micro, Merisel and Multiple Zones, International, Judy has played a pivotal role in successfully building and leading dynamic sales and support organizations and senior level teams through complex mergers and acquisitions, consistently increasing revenues. Significant clients include: SRS Labs, Prime Gen Bio Tech, Habitat for Humanity, Shonfelds, Inc., Premier Flooring Solutions, Inc., New Horizons Learning Centers, The City of Long Beach, CA. Dyntek, Inc., Lockheed Martin, and the Computing Technology Industry Association.
She has consulted internationally in various capacities at the University of Zimbabwe and the International School of Training in Zimbabwe, Africa and consults for Torque and The Zone in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Judy is an executive coach, with certifications in career management coaching from Chapman University, conflict resolution from the Mediation Institute in New Mexico and in Meyers Briggs assessment interpretation; she has authored and designed her own training programs and assessments in teambuilding, interpersonal skills management and consultative selling. Judy is currently completing her certification in Corporate Governance at UCLA and is writing a book on “Bridging the Generation Gap”.
Judy has over 21 years of experience as a facilitator of the strategic planning process and is a certified mediator serving to resolve conflict in the workplace. Judy is a Director on the Board of the International Coaching Consortium, and the National Board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA). Judy serves as an Advisory Board member for Chapman University.
Judy has been an advisor for the Women’s Extension Program for the University of California, Irvine. She regularly delivers keynote speeches at universities and industry associations. Bob Moryl, Compensation, Reporting,
Demographics
Bob has over 20 years of experience in
analyzing customer needs and developing strategies to
meet those needs. He performs trend analysis in addition
to building and tracking sales budgets. He has extensive
experience in designing, measuring, and forecasting
sales quotas and developing compensation plans geared
to the unique needs of the client. Bob designs sales
territories to complement the companies organizational
model and determines the measurement requirements necessary
for report design.
Bob has traveled the country working with
clients in the IT, Telecom, Health Care, and Services
industries conducting training classes on computer software
designed to manage the workforce within a call center.
He is responsible for the successful reorganization
of the call centers in two local telephone companies
by using his expertise in call flow design and management.
Bob staffs and coaches service and support organizations
to successful outcomes.
Bob designed and launched a very
successful virtual membership program. This program
was designed by client input using focus groups, surveys,
and committee participation.

Jim has twenty years of experience helping

Jim received his MBA from the University
of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and his BA
in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Marshall Toplansky, Core
Strategies
Marshall Toplansky is a creative thinker
and strategist, well known in the information technology
field for redefining companies to increase their value
to customers and investors. Marshall founded the consulting
firm Core
Strategies in 1996, building upon a 20-year career
in marketing. The firm has 4 offices in the United States
and Brazil and specializes in revitalizing how companies
project themselves and their products to customers,
analysts, the press and investors.
Marshall's marketing strategies contributed to the hypergrowth
of modem manufacturer U.S. Robotics from 1988 to 1994,
where he served as Vice President, Marketing.. He then
developed marketing strategies that led to the successful
initial public offering of application server software
publisher Open Environment.
Marshall serves on the Board of Directors of The Harvard
Business School Alumni Association of Orange County.
Marshall earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School,
and a BA (magna cum laude) in Political Science/Chinese
from SUNY at Albany. He and his family of four humans
and two puppies live in Irvine, California.
Kenan Oldham, Conflict
Resolution Services
Kenan is the founder of Conflict
Resolution Services, a national conflict management
company that performs conflict cost and risk management
audits, conflict resolution systems design, conflict
resolution training, and independent workplace mediation
of unresolved internal conflict. The company provides
training programs on such topics as mediation, conflict
resolution in the workplace, sexual harassment and discrimination,
diversity and cross-cultural communication. The company
also provides mediation and arbitration services to
the legal community, and offers mediation and arbitration
hearing space in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego
Counties.
Kenan Oldham is a highly experienced
Mediator and Arbitrator who serves as a consultant in
the design, installation, and training of corporate
and government conflict resolution systems. He is a
former trial attorney and Judge Pro-Tem of the Orange
County Superior Court who established his Alternative
Dispute Resolution Practice in 1990.
